Ithaca and Brouzi

Brouzi (where the villas are located) is a rural region with plenty of vines and olive groves and a wonderful view to the sea. Located at the south-eastern part of the island is it at a distance of 2.5 kilometres from Vathy, 3 kilometres from its central square and 3 kilometres from Perahori village with exceptional view in the gulf of Vathy and the Ionian Sea.

Access to Brouzi is made from Vathy with asphalt road without turns. Distance from the nearest beach (Kaminia) is 2.5 kilometres, a beach with thin pebble without umbrellas or sun beds and with clean waters and with few visitors.

From this region one can admire the exceptional sunrise. Nature is rich in vegetation with a lot of hills and many trees such as cypresses, holly trees, myrtles, arbutus and, of course, olives trees as well as a lot of other plants.

This is a quiet area, ideal for relaxation. Its altitude is just 170m. Interesting places to see close by are:
