This cluster of 3 villas ideal for 4 to 6 people, each having own swimming pool is the perfect retreat for a quiet and relaxing holiday yet very close to Vathy, the capital of Ithaca. The villas of Agrapidia, Koumaria and Agrambeli offer an exquisite sea view and a tranquil surrounding of a wonderful olive forest all around them.
It is an ideal place for families or even small groups who wish to stay in separate villas but still be together maintaining their privacy. It is also ideal for couples offering abundant space and a romantic and traditional atmosphere.
Vathy is home to all amenities including a selection of tavernas serving fresh fish dishes and local specialties. Nearby Perachori is well known for both traditional Greek souvlaki and superb views. Sarakinikos beach is just 3 km away or perhaps hire a little boat in Vathy harbour and head for the pretty beach of Gidaki.
Being an island of only 96 sq. km in the total means that you are never far from anywhere! In particular, access to the un-spoilt pebble beaches in the south of Ithaca is very straightforward taking no more than 15 minutes by car to reach several local favourites. Alternatively, hire one of the little motor boats available in Vathy harbour and potter along the coast at your leisure to the picture postcard seashores of Sarakinikos, Filiatro and Skinos. Access some of Ithaca’s best beaches, many of which lie in hidden coves, accessible only from the water.
